适用于 Planero App、Web 管理后台及相关网站服务。

欢迎使用计划超人（Planero）。本协议由你与 Planero 服务提供方共同缔结。你在注册、登录或使用服务前，应完整阅读并同意本协议。

1. 服务内容

任务、清单、分组、标签、笔记、日历、番茄及同步功能。
会员订阅与增值能力（如高级视图、小组件、扩展功能等）。
Web 管理后台与相关帮助页面服务。

2. 账号与安全

你需对账号下的所有行为负责，妥善保管登录凭证。
你不得通过非法方式获取、买卖或共享账号。
若发现账号异常，请及时在 App 内操作退出并联系支持。

3. 用户行为规范

不得发布违法、侵权、骚扰、欺诈或恶意内容。
不得攻击、干扰、逆向破坏本服务及相关系统。
不得利用本服务实施任何违反法律法规的行为。

4. 会员与支付

会员权益以 App 内展示及下单页说明为准。
苹果内购订阅由 Apple 结算，续费和取消按 Apple 规则执行。
服务端会依据订单号、交易凭证、订阅状态进行校验。

4.1 苹果内购订阅条款补充

订阅将在当前周期结束前自动续费，除非你在当前周期结束至少 24 小时前在 Apple 账户设置中关闭自动续订。
扣费由 Apple 通过你的 Apple ID 完成；购买后可在“设置 - Apple ID - 订阅”中管理或取消。
试用（如有）未使用部分将在订阅生效后按 Apple 规则处理。

5. 知识产权

Planero 的产品标识、代码、界面及文档受法律保护。
未经许可，不得复制、传播、反向工程或商业化利用。

6. 免责声明

你应对自行发布和管理的数据负责，并建议定期备份。
在法律允许范围内，因不可抗力、网络波动、第三方平台原因造成的服务中断，我们将尽力恢复，但不承担无限责任。

7. 协议变更与终止

我们可根据产品调整更新本协议，更新后会通过 App 或网站公告。
若你不同意更新内容，应停止使用服务；继续使用视为接受更新协议。

Welcome to Planero. These Terms of Service form a legal agreement between you and Planero service provider. Please read carefully before using the service.

1. Service Scope

Tasks, lists, groups, tags, notes, calendar, pomodoro, and sync capabilities.
Membership subscriptions and premium features (advanced views, widgets, etc.).
Web admin console and related help pages.

2. Account and Security

You are responsible for all activities under your account.
You must not obtain, sell, or share accounts unlawfully.
If account abnormality is detected, log out and contact support promptly.

3. Acceptable Use

No illegal, infringing, abusive, fraudulent, or malicious content.
No attack, interference, or reverse engineering against our services.
No use of the service for unlawful activities.

4. Membership and Payment

Membership benefits are subject to in-app product descriptions.
Apple In-App Purchase subscriptions are billed/cancelled under Apple policies.
Server-side verification may use order IDs, receipts, and subscription status.

4.1 Apple Subscription Terms

Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
Charges are made to your Apple ID account; you can manage or cancel in iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
Any unused portion of a free trial (if provided) will be handled according to Apple's subscription rules.

5. Intellectual Property

Planero brand, code, UI, and documentation are legally protected.
No copying, redistribution, reverse engineering, or commercial use without permission.

6. Disclaimer

You are responsible for your own data and should keep backups.
To the extent permitted by law, service interruptions caused by force majeure, network fluctuations, or third-party platform issues are handled on a best-effort basis.

7. Updates and Termination

We may update these Terms due to product changes.
If you disagree with updates, stop using the service; continued use means acceptance.
