本政策适用于计划超人(Planero)移动应用、Web 管理后台与相关服务。

欢迎使用计划超人(Planero)。我们尊重并保护你的个人信息。以下内容说明我们如何收集、使用、存储、共享与保护你的信息。
1. 我们收集的信息
- 账号信息:邮箱、登录凭证(加密处理)、昵称、头像等。
- 业务数据:任务、分组、标签、笔记、日历安排、番茄记录、会员订单记录。
- 设备与日志信息:设备型号、系统版本、唯一设备标识、推送 Token、网络日志、错误日志。
- 支付相关信息:订单号、产品 ID、支付结果与订阅校验状态(不保存银行卡等敏感支付凭据)。
2. 我们如何使用信息
- 用于账号登录、身份识别与安全校验。
- 用于同步你的任务、笔记、分组、标签等数据。
- 用于提供提醒推送、会员服务、订单与订阅状态查询。
- 用于性能优化、故障排查、安全风控和服务质量改进。
2.1 苹果内购(In-App Purchase)相关信息
- 当你在 iOS 端开通会员时,交易由 Apple App Store 完成,我们仅接收并处理订单号、产品标识、订阅状态、交易时间、环境标识(沙盒/正式)等必要信息。
- 我们不会保存你的银行卡号、Apple ID 密码等支付敏感凭据。
- 相关信息仅用于会员权益发放、订阅状态同步、对账审计与风控防欺诈。

3. 信息共享与披露
- 除法律法规要求或你明确授权外,我们不会向无关第三方出售你的个人信息。
- 在提供支付、推送、邮件验证码等能力时,我们会与必要服务商共享最小化必要信息。
- 当你使用共享清单等协作功能时,你授权的协作者可看到对应共享数据。
4. 存储与安全
- 我们采取传输加密、访问控制、日志审计等措施保护数据安全。
- 我们仅在实现服务目的所需期间保存你的数据;法律法规另有要求的从其规定。
5. 你的权利
- 你可在 App 内查看、修改个人信息。
- 你可申请注销账号与删除数据(法律法规另有要求除外)。
- 你可在系统设置中关闭推送权限。
6. 未成年人保护
若你未满 18 周岁,请在监护人同意和指导下使用本服务。
7. 政策更新
我们可能根据业务变化更新本政策。更新后将通过 App 或官网进行提示。

Welcome to Planero. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your information.
1. Information We Collect
- Account data: email, encrypted credentials, nickname, avatar.
- Service data: tasks, groups, tags, notes, calendar plans, pomodoro records, membership orders.
- Device and logs: device model, OS version, unique device identifiers, push token, network/error logs.
- Payment-related data: order IDs, product IDs, purchase status and subscription validation results (no bank card data stored by us).
2. How We Use Data
- Account login, identity verification, and security checks.
- Cloud sync for tasks, notes, groups, and tags.
- Reminders, membership services, order/subscription status handling.
- Performance optimization, troubleshooting, security, and quality improvement.
2.1 Apple In-App Purchase Data
- When you subscribe on iOS, payment is processed by Apple App Store. We only process necessary fields such as order ID, product ID, subscription status, transaction time, and environment (sandbox/production).
- We do not store sensitive payment credentials such as bank card numbers or Apple ID passwords.
- These data are used only for entitlement delivery, subscription sync, reconciliation, and fraud prevention.

3. Sharing and Disclosure
- We do not sell your personal data to unrelated third parties.
- For required capabilities (payment, push notification, email OTP), we share only necessary minimum data with service providers.
- When you use collaboration features (e.g., shared lists), authorized collaborators can access the shared content.
4. Storage and Security
- We use encryption in transit, access control, and audit logs to protect your data.
- Data is retained only as long as necessary for service purposes, unless laws require longer retention.
5. Your Rights
- Access and correct your profile information in the app.
- Request account deletion and data removal (subject to legal obligations).
- Disable push permissions in your device settings.
6. Children
If you are under 18, please use Planero with parental/guardian consent and guidance.
7. Policy Updates
We may update this Policy as features evolve. Updates will be announced in-app or on our website.
